National Accreditation Board for Hospitals and Healthcare Providers: Sree Renga Hospital is the first under 50-bed hospital in Tamil Nadu to receive the NABH accreditation under the Main Standards category, despite being located in a Tier 2 suburb with hampered access to resources.

IMA: The hospital’s Quality Management System was accredited by the Indian Medical Association’s Nursing Home Board in June 2011.

Laboratory - Quality Control Programme
The laboratory at Sree Renga Hospital participates regularly in an external Quality Control programme, in association with Christian Medical College, Vellore.
